As CEO of the recently formed British Beauty Council, Millie Kendall MBE (co-founder – Ruby & Millie, BeautyMart) asked Brother to design several pieces of collateral.

The value of Beauty

With research provided by world-renowned Oxford Economics (OE), this document is the first of its kind focussing solely on the impact the beauty industry has on the UK economy and it will provide a benchmark from which all future analysis will be measured.

Our role was to take the economic detail provided by OE and give it a beauty make-over creating a more editorial look. The document’s photography was provided by Liz Collins.

Diversity, equity and inclusion report

The diversity, equity, and inclusion report, commissioned by the British Beauty Council, highlights that although the sector excels in fostering a sense of belonging, it identifies opportunities for improvement, including the continued underrepresentation of women and minorities at senior levels.
