The Great Dynasties Collection
We were commissioned to design and produce this volume of gold and silver Islamic currency – a sample from over 20,000 coins called The Great Dynasties Collection. The book explores the richness and diversity of coinage in the Muslim world including rare and much coveted items from Spain and north Africa to central and south east Asia.
Additionally, we were asked to create a website to exploit the macro coin photography used in the book. This site displays the coins in unprecedented detail never seen before in the numismatic world and can be viewed here.
